Most of the personal information we process is provided directly by you during the course of seeking out our services (via email or web form) and during initial assessment sessions.
We may also receive personal information indirectly, for example via referrals or where we have agreed for a third party to provide relevant personal information in relation to the services being provided.
We use the information that you have given us in order to provide the services of counselling and coaching.
We will not share your personal information without your permission unless there is a legal requirement to do so or safeguarding concern.
